Roof Repairs and Ceiling Replacement
Roof Rats can assist with small roof repairs and ceiling replacements.
We repair ceilings damaged by rainwater, burst geysers or even by the efforts of someone who accidentally stepped incorrectly while working in the roof space. We replace entire ceilings, or patch where necessary.
Small roof repairs may be :
- Replacement of brandering that is warped or damaged
- Replacement of broken Fascias
- Re-securing gutters
- Repacking and re-aligning tiles.
- Re-cementing of the ridge tiles
- General waterproofing
In addition we assist with repairs and replacing ceiling boards and cornices. We deal with the standard ceiling installations and cornices.
